Getting involved at Impact Church means joining the Dream Team

The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions via the Growth Track and are actively serving in them. It is anyone, that has moved from spiritual consumer to spiritual contributor, serving in any way at Impact Church. We consider all of our volunteers as leaders.

Here is a list of the different teams where you will have the opportunity to contribute as a church leader:



This team utilizes their gifts of administration and organization to serve the church in administrative areas like data entry, mailer preparation and more.


This team loves people and makes them feel at home at Impact. They welcome guests in the parking lot and manage the flow of traffic for services and events, making parking easy and efficient. They are also at the doors with a smile preparing people for a positive worship experience by welcoming and assisting them to a seat and handing out worship guides for Sunday services. This team is our guest’s first impression of Impact.

Growth Track

This team implements and manages the Growth Track by greeting guests and providing materials and assistance throughout the four steps of the Growth Track.


This team connects with guests by offering a hot cup of coffee and a warm welcome while also keeping our coffee stations clean and stocked. This team also hosts other Dream Team members by providing refreshments, prayer and encouragement during services and special events.


This team creates an environment in our iKids services where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games and more.

*Online Campus

This team connects with guests of Impact from around the world, encouraging, praying for and building relationships with those who attend church online.


This team of trained intercessors covers the weekend and mid-week services in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord. They also hear from the Lord and develop our January and August prayer and fast focuses.


This team uses creativity and technology to reach thousands by delivering the Word and worship through cameras, lighting and other visual elements.


This team also serves guests by answering questions and providing information on all of our current events, ministry opportunities and services at Impact. This team also provides CD’s, and other church resources that encourages a deeper walk with Christ. This team prepares the tools that allow guests to fullyparticipate in our Sunday services. They assemble and recycle connection cards, message notes and worship guides each week.

Social Media

This team creates and maintains the flow of information about Impact Church through social media, email blasts and other means of communication. This team manages what people read, touch, and click beyond the pulpit and develops creative ways to communicate the timeless message of the Gospel in a way that connects with the world.

Worship Team

This dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of God through vocals, instruments and audio engineering.

This team helps host conferences, pastoral appreciation, At The Movies, Easter Christmas and special events by serving guests with food and creating an enviroment of excellence.

Impact Teens

This team builds the next generation, one dynamic worship experience, relevant Small Group, impactful retreat and life-changing mission trip at a time!

Leadership Development

This team manages and administrates the Impact Urban Ministry Institute which helps people identify and train in their calling.” after A-team.


These groups are involved in countless outreach initiatives with a focus on being the hands and feet of Jesus to bring God’s love to impact our communities and world by meeting both physical and spiritual needs.

Small Group Leadership

This team hosts small groups, offering a place for people to find meaningful community. Small group leaders host groups based on topics or activities they are passionate about.


This team uses the gift of giving to serve the church. Through strategic financial offerings above their tithe, they support projects that impact our cities, state, nation and world. They are also ambassors for Christ who match donors with areas of ministry that are in their heart to support.
